The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good with a good selection of food and there was more than you could eat.
The rooms were very basic and shabby. The furniture was falling apart, the carpet was worn and the decor was poor.

Awesome breakfast with gluten-free bread for every taste. Spotless room with a fan, a nice modern bathroom and fresh towels. Decent location in lovely area, adjacent to tube, the Council and Central line.

Straight facts, no fluff
The location was quite good, nestled perfectly between two tube stations. The triple room was spacious and clean, but the decor needed an upgrade. Staff were friendly but seemed overwhelmed during breakfast service, leading to a few inconveniences. Worth a visit if you prioritize space and accessibility over high-end finishes.

It was good value, staff were good especially as I have a speech disablement, & basically I only slept at the hotel as I was out most of the time.
First impressions were that it was a bit tired looking and needed a bit of sprucing up but obviously this is reflected in the price

The staff were friendly and very helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. As a base for a city break, or a convenient place to stay for budget business visitors to the area, the Park Hotel was an ideal choice. We stayed there for a 3 day conference, and it was lovely to come back to a tidy room and clean towels every day - something we did not expect for the price we were paying.

Traveling all over London. The location is good. There is a busstop in front of the hotel and you can catch the train from Ilford that brings you in a halve our in the middle London. The neighborhood is nice close to the beautiful Valentine park. For us it was also nice to see an other site of London. In East London are a lot of nice restaurants and markets. The staff was very nice in the Hotel. And breakfast was great. In September I am going back for a weekend trip.
The room was small but it was not a problem. Everything was there and the bed was very good.

Good service in regard of price and kind staff
Very small room, old and not comfortable furniture in the room. Far from the city center

Request a room away from the street for a quieter night's sleep, as the traffic noise can be quite disruptive.

Good price
Hotel divided into 2 buildings, some parts have better quality, some are older (worse facilities, damp room, water dropping from the celling!). Small rooms. Big breakfast, but not to healthy (fired food, only tomato from vegatables). No hairdryer in the room. Recomend for backpackers, tourist staying all day in town. If you are looking for a comfortable place, keep looking somewhere else!
